- Robotic surgery
- In addition to the advantages of small scars and rapid recovery of laparoscopy, it has other advantages of good surgical vision, high precision and free-moving robot arms enabling surgery on difficult parts that laparoscopic surgery or surgeon’s hand can not reach easily. Currently, the Colorectal Cancer Center is the organizer of the ARCCS(Asian Robotic Camp for Colorectal Surgeons), and has been invited to Europe and the United States beyond Asia to teach robotic surgery skills and provide guidelines for robotic surgery.

- Laparoscopy
- The size of the incision is smaller when laparoscopy is done compared to laparotomy(abdominal operation), so the surgical wound looks good cosmetically, the pain is less and the recovery speed is fast. We leads new knowledge not only in laparoscopy, but also various research achievements.
