There are variety of pains including low back pain , melosalgia, postoperative pain, post-shingles nerve pain, complex regional pain syndrome, myofascial pain syndrome, headache, trigeminal neuralgia, facial pain, cancerous pain, and peripheral circulatory disturbance. We stabilize the central and peripheral excitatory and treat the cause of pain in a pathophysiological approach by nerve block, RF neurotomy, epiduroscopy, spinal nerve stimulation.
