Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
Introduction of department
In our department, critical care specialists care for all categories of pediatric critical care, including sepsis, organ failure (heart/lung/hepatic/renal failure), postoperative complications, home ventilators, renal replacement therapy, resuscitation and post-resuscitation treatments. After discharge, patient can continue to take medical care in conjunction with home care services.
We have 8beds for severely ill infants and adolescent patients after 14 days of age, including a positive/negative isolation room. It has specialized medical equipment that can treat treating severe patients, and it is a multidisciplinary system that provides the best care.
